The receptionist Fakhry was very accomodating perfect communication skills. The room was very cosy and the bed was extremely comfortable and large to fit the whole family. We had a good night sleep during our night stop in Tunis before catching our next flight.

The hotel is located in very nice and secure place. The staff were extrême friendly. Besides one private hospital Elissa. Near to pharmacy many restaurants and coffee shops supermarkets. It has its parking area; big and secure. The room were very clean spacious
Very friendly/professional staffs.Good rooms, good food. The rooms with windows on the exterior of the hotel (looking outside of the facility) was best for me because of enough natural light during the day. Try to negotiate with/request the reception if natural lighting is your preference too.I Couldn't ask for more. James
One of the best hotels in tunis ... amazing staff ...amazing hospitality i never felt am in quarantine... they were super polite very professional food came on time the quality and the quantity deserves 5 stars ... the room is so cozy clean well maintained and disinfected... the staff kept on checking if I needed anything at all .... this place is amazing dnt hesitate to book ur stay ... my rating is 5 stars and this hotel is superb #saty safe
Actually i liked it. The most important thing is bed and pillow so i didnt faced any problem.breakfast is bad only. The staff was good also. Wifi also good. Before my trip i thought im going the worst hotel in the world.
Nice, modern hotel conveniently situated close to Carthage International Airport of Tunis. Wifi of good quality. Some technical aspects (closing windows) and housekeeping (check if towels are available) could be improved.
Good location and nice staff when you Check in.Breakfast is medium not many choices.Cleaning is medium. Not worth the price.The staff is friendly and smiling. The hotel has a parking in front of it if you have a car. Recommended just for the location.
This hotel has low quality services compared to its price, the food quality was various from day to day ( ie one day you enjoy the food next day you found nothing to eat . Also the stuff stole 85 T.D from my room but the room was nice and clean
simple staff very cooperative and niceclean lobby small but nicerooms are clean and comfynear to the air port. There is nice mall nearby and some coffee shops and resturantsthe breaksaft is simple and not much options
This is not the kind of hotels you should book while traveling to Tunisia unless it is for Business purposes. It's very close to the airport thus far from the center and all the Touristic areas. The rooms are pretty small but they have all you can need for a short stay. The personel is nice and helpful, the breakfast was average and lacks options. Overall I think it's quite expensive for what it is, there are better options for the same price
The Hotel is in the LAC area in Tunis near the Airport.The lobby is not big and the room that i had was not spacious there was not bath and the shower is well made. but the room was clean, and the hotel is quiet and good sleeping quality is good.Breakfast could be better.
